We only collect the data we need to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries and send the marketing you have asked for. We do not process your payment-card details – card payments are handled securely by Stripe, and we never see your card number.

• Webshop orders:
  • name, email address and phone number
  • delivery address and chosen pickup point
  • for business customers, company name and business ID
  • order contents, total and order history
• Mailing list:
  • email address plus the time you joined, language and source
• Contact form:
  • name, email address, optional phone number and the content of your message

• Processing, delivering orders and customer service – legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Responding to enquiries – legal basis: legitimate interest (customer service) or steps prior to a contract.
• Mailing-list news and offers – legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Meeting accounting and tax obligations – legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We disclose data only to the following processors in order to provide the service:

• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) – card-payment processing.
• PostNord Oy – delivery of orders and shipment tracking.
• Our webshop platform and email service providers, which process data on our behalf.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, we ensure the transfers are lawful using appropriate safeguards (e.g. the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep order and customer data for as long as the customer relationship and statutory obligations require. Accounting-related data is kept for the period required by the Accounting Act. Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept for a reasonable period needed to handle the matter.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to request its correction or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive the data you have provided. You may also withdraw your marketing consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact: info@autelsuomi.eu.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

You can leave the mailing list at any time by emailing info@autelsuomi.eu. We will remove your email address from the marketing list without delay.

We only use data essential to the site's operation. Your shopping cart and the details you enter at checkout are stored in your browser's local storage so your cart persists as you move between pages – this data is not shared with third parties.

The contact page contains a Google Maps embed that may set Google cookies. The map only loads after you click it, so no Google cookies are set without your action. We currently use no marketing or analytics tracking cookies.

We may update this privacy policy as our operations or the law change. The current version is always available on this page.
