Autelsuomi.eu is an online store operated by Garage Corporation Oy (business ID 2600117-5). These terms apply to the trading relationship between Garage Corporation Oy and its customers. Garage Corporation Oy may update these terms without prior notice. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time of ordering, which can be read on Garage Corporation Oy's website.

Garage Corporation Oy is not liable for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure means an unforeseeable event or change of circumstances beyond Garage Corporation Oy's control. Garage Corporation Oy will notify the customer of a force-majeure event without delay.

Autelsuomi.eu serves both private and business customers. The trading relationship follows applicable Finnish and EU legislation on consumer sales, marketing and advertising. In sales contracts between business customers and Garage Corporation Oy, these terms apply primarily and, otherwise, the Finnish Sale of Goods Act.

When placing an order, the customer must provide complete contact details: from a consumer at least name, address and phone number, and possibly an email address. From business customers we require the contact person's name, phone number and email, as well as the business ID, postal address, phone number(s) and, if needed, a billing address.

Customer data is stored in Garage Corporation Oy's customer register and used to maintain the customer relationship. Garage Corporation Oy may also process and disclose register data for justified purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679) and the Finnish Data Protection Act (1050/2018).

The processing of personal data is described in more detail in the privacy policy. The customer may object to the use of their data for marketing purposes and review their own data by contacting info@autelsuomi.eu.

Prices include VAT but not shipping unless otherwise stated. Any VAT-free (net) prices shown are always clearly indicated. If the price list contains obvious pricing errors, a product is not sold at a clearly lower price where the customer can be assumed to have understood the error existed.

We always verify prices at the time of processing. If a price falls, we correct the price on the customer's open order. Conversely, if a product's price rises before the order is dispatched, we deliver it at the original price.

Delivery-time estimates are based on information from importers and manufacturers. Neither Garage Corporation Oy nor its suppliers are responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable changes beyond their control.

Garage Corporation Oy aims to provide product information as accurately as possible. All fitment and compatibility information in product descriptions is for reference only.

Autel devices are region-specific and work in their intended market area. Autelsuomi.eu is Autel's official importer in Finland, and our devices are genuine EU versions eligible for the manufacturer's warranty, support and software updates.

Garage Corporation Oy offers consumer customers a 14-day right of return. Products can be returned by post or directly to the pickup point. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please keep all documents related to a return carefully until you have received confirmation that the return has been received.

Limitations on the right of return are determined by the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Returned products must be packed carefully.

Garage Corporation Oy grants a 12-month warranty on all new products. Autel devices are additionally subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Garage Corporation Oy is liable for the statutory liability for defects once a product's warranty has ended or no warranty has been granted.

When making a return or a complaint about a product defect, the customer must present proof of purchase (a receipt or other evidence of the place and time of purchase). Garage Corporation Oy reserves the right to charge the buyer for the costs of locating a receipt.

Complaints are handled by email at info@autelsuomi.eu or at the pickup point.

Dispute resolution and jurisdiction: a consumer customer has the right to refer disputes arising from this contract to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before doing so, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-advice). The customer may bring an action against Garage Corporation Oy concerning disputes arising from the contract either in the district court of Garage Corporation Oy's domicile or in the district court of the Finnish locality in whose jurisdiction the customer resides. If the customer has no place of residence in Finland, disputes are handled in the district court of Garage Corporation Oy's domicile.

Legal-representation costs are not reimbursed, as the Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board offer free assistance in resolving disputes.

Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. After ordering, the customer receives a secure payment link to complete the payment. Stripe processes the transaction and remits the payment to the merchant. In case of complaints, please contact Garage Corporation Oy first (info@autelsuomi.eu).

A business customer may apply for invoicing rights (invoice as the payment method). Garage Corporation Oy approves invoicing rights and sets a credit limit case by case. The customer chooses e-invoicing (EDI code and operator) or email as the invoice delivery method.

The payment term is 14 days unless otherwise agreed. An automatic payment reminder is sent for an unpaid invoice, and overdue amounts are subject to late-payment interest under the Finnish Interest Act plus reasonable collection costs.

Garage Corporation Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or loss of income caused by a product and/or service. Garage Corporation Oy's liability is always limited to the content of these terms. Liability for product defects is limited to a possible refund of the purchase price, less the benefit of use.

The warranty period of a device acquired for business use is determined by the manufacturer's warranty terms, and the end of the warranty period ends Garage Corporation Oy's liability. Physically opening a product to modify the device ends the warranty and the seller's liability unless the manufacturer states otherwise.

Garage Corporation Oy reserves the right to direct business customers to deal directly with the manufacturer.

By placing an order and/or a request for quotation, the customer unequivocally accepts Garage Corporation Oy's terms. Any procurement terms used by the customer are not applied where they conflict with Garage Corporation Oy's terms.
