Autel MaxiEV ITS100 Insulation Resistance & High-Voltage Tester

Autel MaxiEV ALT100L is a professional leak tester designed for high-voltage battery enclosures and thermal management systems in electric and hybrid vehicles. The device uses dry compressed air and a highly sensitive pressure sensor to detect leaks and pressure changes without requiring liquids or other test media inside the system being tested.

ALT100L is especially suitable for checking the airtightness of a high-voltage battery enclosure after battery repair, opening, or reassembly. It can also be used to test the tightness of suitable thermal management systems related to the high-voltage system, such as cooling and air-conditioning circuits.

The 7” touchscreen allows the user to monitor test progress, current pressure, and pressure changes in real time. Test parameters can be configured according to the component being tested, and the device can store settings for later use.

• ALT100L requires an external source of dry compressed air. The required supply pressure is 0.1–1.0 MPa.
