Autel IA1000 ADAS calibration + wheel alignment kit with digital targets

Autel IA1000 is a robot-assisted ADAS calibration and wheel alignment system that automates the positioning of the calibration frame, significantly reducing technician workload and the risk of human error. In the Digital Target version, Lane Departure Warning (LDW) calibration targets are displayed on integrated monitors, eliminating the need to change physical target boards between different vehicle models.

The system automatically selects the correct calibration target based on the vehicle, speeding up the workflow and reducing the possibility of errors. Digital calibration targets are updated through software updates, allowing support for new vehicle models without the need to purchase additional physical target boards.

• Robot-assisted 5-way target positioning — Place the frame within the green zone, after which the system automatically adjusts the distance, height, lateral position, centering, and crossbeam tilt.
• Digital calibration targets — The correct LDW calibration target is automatically displayed on the integrated monitors without changing physical target boards.
• 6 high-definition cameras and laser guidance — Up to 0.02° measurement accuracy minimizes manual alignment errors.
• Automatic floor unevenness compensation — Ensures accurate calibration even on uneven workshop floors or vehicle lifts.
• Wheel alignment and ADAS calibration in one system — Enables the wheel alignment verification required by many vehicle manufacturers before ADAS calibration.
• Pre/post-scan reports Documents the work before and after calibration for customers and insurance companies.

Please note

• The system operates with a compatible Autel MaxiSYS diagnostic tablet. The tablet is not included in this package.
• Digital calibration targets replace the most commonly used physical LDW target boards. Other ADAS calibrations (e.g. certain radar, AVM, Blind Spot, and Night Vision targets) may require additional accessories depending on the vehicle model.
• Software updates allow new digital calibration targets to be added without purchasing additional physical target boards.
