Autel MaxiIM G-BOX 3

Autel MaxiIM G-BOX3 is a key programming adapter that expands the advanced immobilizer and ECU programming capabilities of compatible Autel MaxiIM devices. It is designed especially for Mercedes-Benz All Keys Lost situations and for reading and writing ISN data from BMW DME/DDE control units.

In Mercedes-Benz DAS3 EIS/EZS systems, G-BOX3 enables accelerated password calculation both on the vehicle and on the bench. According to Autel, All Keys Lost password calculation can be up to 8 times faster than without the G-BOX3. The device also reduces the need to repeatedly disconnect and reconnect the IR simulator, simplifying the workflow.

G-BOX3 also supports reading and writing BMW DME/DDE ISN data using Boot Mode and Bench Method, as well as reading and synchronizing immobilizer data from certain VAG engine control units.

Compatibility

G-BOX3 is compatible with, among others, the following Autel MaxiIM devices:

• IM508 + XP400 Pro
• IM508S + XP400 Pro
• IM608
• IM608 Pro
• IM608 Pro II / IM608S II

When used with IM508 or IM508S, the G-BOX3 requires an XP400 Pro programmer.

• G-BOX3 is not a standalone key programming device, but an additional adapter for compatible Autel MaxiIM devices.
• Available functions depend on the vehicle, ECU or immobilizer system, and the software version of the Autel device being used.
• Mercedes-Benz All Keys Lost functions apply to supported DAS3 CAN EIS/EZS systems.
• BMW and VAG functions are ECU-specific. Check vehicle-specific compatibility in the latest Autel software before starting the procedure.
• XP400 Pro is required when using G-BOX3 with IM508 or IM508S.
