helmikuu 18, 2025As of 1st of March, new TCP can only be used in the Region from where it was bought.Therefore:
- The TCP card bought before 1st of March could be still used ANYWHERE
- The TCP card bought after 1st of March could be just used on THAT REGION WHERE IT WAS BOUGHT
Details
- The world is divided into six sales regions: Online (channel e-commerce), North America (North America), Europe (Europe), South America (South America), Asia Pacific (APAC), Middle East/India/Africa (IMEA).
- Region Binding Mechanism: The region to which the device belongs must match the region of the upgrade card. If the region does not match, the system will prompt ("Mismatch between the available region of the upgrade card and the region of the device") and prohibit the renewal operation.
- Upgrade cards sold after March 1, 2025 will come with regional logos and backend upgrade orders will be synchronized and controlled.

Latest Update: As many of you have noticed, after Autel removed the AKL function for Renault/Dacia, the Add key feature also stopped working. Before February 14, the company will release an update to resolve this issue.
